The Full Curriculum - 45 hours of Qigong & Tai Chi - NOW AVAILABLE
This is an extensive Qigong program suitable for a complete novice but also advanced practitioner. In this course you will find the entire WDA curriculum. We start with the basics to build a strong foundation for your Qigong practice. You will learn Baduanjin (The 8 Pieces of Brocade) and slowly continue with the more advanced practices. On the far end of your journey is the Taoist Yijin Jing Qigong method from Tiantai Shan and the Xiong family method of the Yijin Jing. Both methods are closely following the authentic Yijin Jing principles in combination with Zhan Zhuang Gong (Standing Pole Exercises). Additionally you will find a Yang Taijiquan program in our curriculum. More information below.

I did 7 years of karate as a junior, 3 years of Wing Chun and 10 years of Tai Chi and I have learnt more about what is happening internally from watching 3 of Marcos Youtube video’s. Don’t get me wrong my instructors were very good and I enjoyed training with them, I just wish instructors would teacher more theory.

The Yijin Jing (Muscle and Tendon Transformation Classics) plays an integral part in Qigong. It’s an effective method (or rather a set of rules) to facilitate healing through deep relaxation, regain vitality and robustness and increasing inner power and strength. It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Over time it can transform even the smallest framed individual into a healthy and strong person. You’re starting out by setting the correct foundation for any type of Qigong. - Relaxation and the awareness of Qi. Only if you are able to find the right combination of relaxation (song) and engagement in each position will you gain the benefits of this practice. You can practice the Yijin Jing for vitality and health or to improve your martial arts skill.
The original Yijin Jing (scripture) is Da Mo’s solution for cultivating body, mind and spirit simultaneously. The true strength of the body is expressed through the tendons, rather than the muscles. Tendons require much less maintenance and caloric fuel than building muscles and hold up their strength long term. The practice of transforming the muscles and other tissues to get a tendon-like quality, will make the entire body strong and robust. You will develop great health and cultivate an abundance of Qi. The practice of the Yijin Jing optimizes the body’s functions and helps you to develop a vital, springy and elastic property within the body.

Learn how to move from your lower Dan Tian
The Yijin Jing is a powerful practice on its own but it also compliments your Taijiquan practice. You will learn (feel) how the entire body is interconnected, change the quality of your tissues and store more energy in them. This will allow you to move your body “as one” and increase internal power.
