Now it is time again, on January 25, 2020 the new year begins in China, this time determined by the metal rat.

2020 should be a year marked by honesty and objectivity. In the Chinese horoscope, the rat stands for down-to-earthness, intelligence and tenacity. In Chinese culture, it is considered a protector and prosperity. Since it is the first of the 12 animals on the Chinese calendar, it is said that 2020 should be a good year for new projects - both professionally and privately. If there is a wish or dream that you have wanted to fulfill for a long time, then the rat year is a favorable year to implement this project.

Happiness is on the move throughout 2020, but you have to take it as soon as there is a knock on the door. The Chinese say that nothing scares happiness more than if you doubt it. Sensitivity to positive vibrations and a quick course of action to jump on the wave of happiness help to ensure success. The beginning of the year, i.e. the first days in February, are under a bright atmosphere and inspire motivation. A new, fresh year is waiting to be discovered by us.

The year of the rat is said to bring a lot of creative energy with it, an energy that can manifest itself by fulfilling things that you want for your life. 2020 can inspire our energy and make many things possible that we didn't believe in before. In the rat year you should become aware of the creative role of your own life, because you determine who you want to be. The astral element metal in combination with the rat additionally supports the striving for success. With confidence and determination, discouragement and problems are eliminated. And if it doesn't always work right away, you have to be tough and strong like a rat.

The metal rat year, especially in the second half of the year, offers good conditions for stable health, both physically and mentally. Exercise is still the best medicine to improve your health, it helps improve general well-being and performance, promotes restful sleep and, if practiced regularly, is proven to make you happier. So we're doing it right! ;-) In this sense we wish you a good, successful and above all healthy rat year! Happy 2020 - New Year of the Rat!
